Ford Introduces Exclusive Experience Program for Premium Pickup Truck Owners

Ford Motor Company has kicked off an awesome new initiative! The new initiative is meant to raise the ownership experience for customers who buy the automaker’s full-size premium pickup trucks. This collaboration directly aims Ford’s new initiative at their new Platinum Plus customers. It’s aimed specifically at the people who’ve been putting their money down on those high-performance, luxury rolling F-Series Super Duty trucks.

This newly-launched program brings members a comprehensive collection of carefully chosen amenities that deliver an insider’s experience on a grand scale. Key elements are a personal concierge service, 360° virtual tutorial tours, gifts for participants, including plant starts and pandemic survival swag. Your customers will be thrilled with accessory discounts. Additionally, they can benefit from the “Ford Protect Premium Maintenance Plan,” which provides maintenance for up to 25,000 miles or two years, whichever occurs first.

Brian Rathsburg, the marketing manager for Ford F-Series Super Duty, reiterated the company’s mission. They’re trying to customize the program to best suit the varied needs and interests of their customers. He highlighted the importance of providing a first-class experience. When customers take delivery of the ultimate Super Duty, they expect to command exclusivity and excellence,” he said. “And we’re thrilled that so much begins here with this idea.”

Ford’s U.S. operations are still the most profitable in the industry, and the company is still doubling down on strategies that lead directly to more customer smiles. The new pilot program is an encouraging sign of these efforts. It continues in the spirit of other recent initiatives, such as the employee pricing program, which work to drive maximum sales in the US market.

Rathsburg noted the program’s potential competitive advantage in the marketplace, saying, “We think it’s a competitive advantage, this whole experience. So we’re excited about that potential to grow that into the future.” He addressed the ongoing state of the economy, which he said is in large part due to uncertainty over possible tariffs. Ford declined to comment on whether President Donald Trump’s proposed 25% auto tariffs would affect the pricing of its F-Series Super Duty pickups.

Ford is announcing a new, limited-edition exclusive experience. This combined effort will improve customers’ ownership experiences and transcend time-honored retail vehicle-buying processes. Rathsburg expressed optimism about the initiative’s impact on consumers: “Everything we see says that this is gonna be a nice improvement for consumers.”
