Tuesday showcased a blend of music, art, and political engagement across various locations, featuring prominent figures such as Dua Lipa and Dolly Parton.

The pop sensation took to the stage for a high energy show, performing her biggest radio hits in front of eager fans. Her electric stage presence and consummate showmanship had the weekend’s attendees still buzzing with excitement well past the last note played.

Meanwhile, in Tennessee, country music icon Dolly Parton graced the opening of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s new exhibit titled ‘Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker.’ Parton took time to admire costumes displayed in the museum, reflecting on her storied career and the impact she has made in the music industry. Then art stole the limelight, with the artist James Colomina surprising everyone by unveiling his installation, The Briefcase. It caught attention for its bold and original commentary on today’s hot-button topics. The installation encourages visitors to poke and prod to understand what lies beneath the surface of daily items. Designer Jorge Duque debuted his collection Cabinet of Latin Curiosities, which told multifaceted cultural narratives with clothing. Photographers such as Mauricio Dueñas Castañeda shot portraits of models wearing Duque’s art, modeling pieces that wed the rage of the collection with its celebratory, exuberant spirit.
