The firm has announced an ongoing nationwide recall of specific lots of its popular vodka seltzer variety product. The recall only concerns the Beach Variety 12-packs. These packs may erroneously contain cans of Celsius energy drink labeled as Astro Vibe Sparkling Blue Razz Edition, which actually contains vodka seltzer.

Others like Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin have passed legislation prohibiting it.
