New Revelations Surface in Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s Ties to Jeffrey Epstein

The recently unsealed documents related to Jeffrey Epstein have ignited new scrutiny over Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, Duke of York. He used to be known as Prince Andrew. Among them are photos of him laying his head on five different people’s laps at once. His head is reclined on top of a woman’s lap. These disclosures come in the context of an ongoing larger investigation into Epstein’s trafficking network and its impact on the lives of the world’s elite.

Like Prince Andrew, Mountbatten-Windsor is currently under serious allegations of sexual involvement with Virginia Giuffre. She alleges that he sexually assaulted her after she was trafficked to him by Epstein. Even though he’s always denied these allegations, they have loomed darkly over his public life. In 2022, he settled — reportedly for millions of dollars — a civil sexual assault lawsuit with Giuffre. Now, almost 30 years later still, he does things like claim never having met her.

Then, in 2019, the Duke withdrew from public life. This decision came on the heels of a now-notorious and catastrophic television appearance on the BBC’s Newsnight program. Since then, his connection to Epstein has faced growing scrutiny, especially after the release of Giuffre’s posthumous memoir. The latest document dump, required by the U.S. Justice Department, revealed some jaw-dropping pictures of Mountbatten-Windsor. It likewise exposed images of his previous wife, Sarah Ferguson, pictured with her lovers.

In perhaps the most recognizable photo, an unassuming-looking Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor can be found standing next to Microsoft founder Bill Gates. In one, he is smiling with his eyes closed during an apparent nonpose with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s main confidante. The controversial nature of these images has undoubtedly raised questions about his relationships with many of the people connected to Epstein.

Despite the gravity of the allegations against him, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has not been charged with any crimes related to Epstein’s activities. His lack of action on the issue has sparked anger amongst U.S. lawmakers. As you might guess, a lot of folks are bummed out. They are disappointed by his lack of response to their requests for an interview regarding his links with Epstein and with Giuffre’s allegations.

As we reported before, U.S. Representative Thomas Massie was very critical of the last document release. Specifically, he said, “Unfortunately, today’s document release by AG Pam Bondi and DAG Todd Blanche, of fiercely protect the intent, spirit and letter of the law that Donald Trump signed 30 days ago. This statement pretty clearly identifies the continued tensions between how Epstein-related materials should be handled and what it means for the people implicated in these materials.

Political commentator Angel Urena had particularly great take on what was going on. He noted there were two tiers of individuals engaged, the first severing their connections to Epstein before his transgressions came to light, and the second group continuing their associations even after Epstein’s crimes were known. This statement is indicative of the challenging tangle of relationships that formed in the wake of Epstein’s predatory behavior.

With every passing day of public interest in this case, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s actions and associations are scrutinized and examined in length. He missed the deadline to answer U.S. legislators’ questions about his ties to Epstein. This oversight made condemnation of his apparent inaction all the more severe.

These recent disclosures affect more than personal reputations. They further raise important questions regarding accountability and the need for transparency with respect to the prominent public figures associated with Epstein. Especially as new information continues to come to light, the public will be watching very closely. They, and we, are keenly awaiting any replies or movement from Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
