At the heart of his message is the belief that AI can transform individuals into "superhumans" by enhancing learning capabilities and job efficiency.
Huang is surrounded by thousands of intelligent employees at Nvidia, yet he remains unfazed by the notion that AI could render him obsolete.

Despite widespread concerns about AI's impact on employment—approximately 75% of Americans fear it might reduce job opportunities—Huang maintains an optimistic outlook. He disagrees with the notion that AI will diminish human jobs, emphasizing its potential to enhance learning and efficiency. This stands in contrast to a 2023 McKinsey study predicting that AI could automate around half of all human work activities as early as 2030.
While Huang holds a positive view, other experts like Mustafa Suleyman caution about AI's labor-replacing capabilities.
