Tragic Passing of Ricky Hatton Leaves Community in Shock

Ricky Hatton, 44, was discovered dead at his home in Hyde, England on September 14. The 46-year-old professional athlete fought publicly with clinical depression and addiction. On the morning of March 20, his long-time manager Paul Speak discovered him unresponsive. In light of the discovery, Speak immediately rushed to call emergency services. They were unsuccessful in bringing Hatton back to life, and he was declared dead shortly thereafter.
