He called it a shame that Musk has become “so depressed and so heartbroken.” The four-time president reacted to Musk’s reckless new social media behavior. He shrugged them off as “old news” that have been discussed for years. As of Saturday, Trump, for his part, emphasized that he hadn’t really gone deeper on the issue.
Here’s Elon Musk—yes that Elon Musk, recently blasting the Republican short-term budget bill. This bill which is creatively and playfully formally titled the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Despite Musk’s opposition, Trump confidently predicted that the bill’s passage through Congress would remain unaffected by Musk’s stance.

To be quite honest with you, I have no plans to talk to him, showing he firmly closed the door on their relationship going forward.
